To do this, you’ll need to defeat the Tiger Vanguard and the Stone Vanguard, retrieving masks from them that can be placed on the statue in front of the pool. Once this is done, the pool will drain and you can head down. When you reach the section where you slide down towards the Cellar Shrine, you’ll need to jump and perform a heavy attack while sliding to gain the height and distance to reach the platform where the relic is found.
