The damage phase is when the Fireteam no longer has the three teams of two. Instead, everyone should have a given area that they’re in to ensure the tether connects correctly. It’s entirely possible for the tether to connect to the wrong people, or not even cause the oracle to explode. Destroying the Sanctified Mind’s shoulder in Destiny 2 will spawn a red portal, and the leg will spawn a blue portal. If you want to get this challenge done quickly, use a Duskfield Grenade. Throw a Duskfield at an Overload Champion, then stun them. They’ll repeatedly get stunned, resetting their Overload status.
