Are you all in on comments on your site? Are we talking about a short mostly-textual post (probably on a microblog), as ActivityStreams does? It doesn't appear in the ActivityStreams vocabulary; it kind of implies something along the lines of content-warning type behavior, like "this content may be considered sensitive"…...
