3 wheel baby buggy Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat
The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile, multi-purpose stroller. It can be transformed from a single stroller into a double stroller by adding an additional seat (sold separately) or a glider board. The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection can be set up to be a triple travel system with the addition of an infant car seat. It offers 24 different configurations and is a top stroller overall. The model is made of Baby Jogger’s soft durable, breathable and sustainably-sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate temperature. It comes with a premium leatherette handlebar and bumper bar and comes with an abdominal bar. It folds 20% smaller than the market-leading single-to-double stroller, UPPAbaby Vista V2 and is also lighter.
It has a medium-sized sunshade and a handy magnetic peek-a-boo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping handlebars are one of the most simple to adjust and is suitable for parents of all sizes. The seats recline and there’s a footwell adjuster to help you place your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin is large, but we wish it had a latch that is more secure. The bin is easy to open, but the zippers can be difficult to use because they must be unfastened and then secured again after each use.
The City Select, like its counterparts, has single-action brakes that are simple to set up and release by pulling a lever located on the frame’s side, lower than the handlebar. It is comfortable for sandals and barefoot and is a significant improvement over the awkward brake levers that other brands use.
This is the only stroller in our review that accepts two infant car seats which makes it a great option for twins or for parents with a single child and a new baby due. It is compatible with the majority of major brands infant car seats by using an adapter. We tested it with the Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30, Graco Click Connect models, Cybex Aton and Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.
The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It’s a good option for families with a car seat and need an appropriate stroller however, you might be better off with another convertible stroller that can accommodate an additional car seat in this case.
